We have expanded our factory and doubled our capacity to serve even larger projects and more customers at the same time – even during peak seasons. Above all, the expansion will strengthen security of supply, predictable schedules and smoother communication at all stages of the project. This will enable us to meet the growing demand in both the Finnish and Nordic markets.
The extension will also provide a faster response to any changes that may be needed on site. We can prioritise deliveries and balance workloads quickly.

Our factory is built on international Lean thinking and 5S practices (sort, organise, clean, standardise, maintain). It’s not about a cleaning programme, but a way to eliminate waste, clarify responsibilities and keep the flow steady. With the right environment and methods in place, work is safe, efficient and predictable – even when volumes increase.
Early in the year, we launched a year-long production development project with the help of an external manufacturing industry expert to ensure best practices and quality operating models. Together, we built on the strong foundations already in place, establishing common ground rules, developing standardised ways of working and ensuring that a transparent snapshot underpins decision-making. The team-driven model increases working peace and job satisfaction – and it shows in the results.
