  • The old brick cladding and insulation were demolished
  • New insulation (100 mm urethane insulation + 30 mm windscreen insulation) and ventilated Stofix cladding were installed.
  • The concrete beam parts above the windows were also clad with Stofix and plastered with a silicone quartz coating on the top.
