BRIX continues to grow with determination, also internationally. Our goal is to expand our operations into the Baltic region, particularly Estonia, where current construction trends align perfectly with the key strengths of the BRIX system. In the Baltic market, construction methods require lighter structural solutions, while architecture is expected to be versatile, expressive, and meticulous in its details. It is precisely for these requirements that BRIX offers a functional and technically advanced solution. <\/p>

We have signed a distribution agreement with Clinkerstone, and our collaboration has gotten off to an excellent start. The goal of this collaboration is to integrate the BRIX system into demanding projects in the Baltics and offer an alternative to traditional, heavier facade solutions, without compromising on architectural details. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Clinkerstone\u2019s Sales Director J\u00fcri Veski is responsible for cooperation in the Baltic region; we have a long history of working together, as he previously served as Wienerberger\u2019s Sales Director in the Baltics. J\u00fcri\u2019s exceptionally strong background in brick construction brings significant added value to BRIX\u2019s expansion. He has over a decade of experience in the Baltic markets, particularly in the use of brick in demanding construction projects. <\/p>

Throughout his long career, J\u00fcri has been responsible for B2B sales, marketing, and building sales networks, and has worked closely with architects, construction companies, and real estate developers. This broad experience in building materials, markets, and project sales provides a strong foundation for leveraging the BRIX system in the diverse projects of the Baltic region. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The first project in Estonia will begin as early as this spring<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The first project to get underway in Estonia is the new Academy of Internal Security building in Tallinn. The complex consists of three buildings, whose facades feature a combination of three different black brick tiles. The carefully considered mix of brick tiles brings vitality and depth to the facades and highlights the buildings\u2019 architectural character and details. <\/p>

The building frames will be constructed using CLT timber. In the original plan, the facades were to be constructed using traditional brickwork, but due to the project\u2019s environmental goals, the solution was changed to a wood structure. This required a lighter facade system that is compatible with the wood frame and meets both technical and aesthetic requirements. The BRIX system met these requirements thanks to its structural lightness, adaptability, and environmental friendliness. <\/p>

A distinctive feature of the building will be the wedge-shaped corners between the windows, which add depth to the architecture. Such shapes impose precise constraints on the design of the facade. The BRIX system enables the implementation of diverse architectural designs in a controlled and cost-effective manner. Additionally, the system supports the project schedule, as installation is fast and site conditions remain predictable. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
